Evaluation of internship program during the covid -19 pandemic for vocational students using the CIPP model

 ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation internship activities in industries during Covid-19 pandemic using CIPP model developed by Stufflebeam for 72 people tourism students’ academic year 2018 Vocational Education Program Universitas Indonesia. method used research qualitative and data collection process triangulation method. results consist 4 (four) components, they are: context evaluation: most companies’ doing well preparations before starting internships program with online or offline methods; Input Evaluation: the
 companies keep providing good facilities students, there are 2 (two) methods working (Work from office work home), then assigning job responsibilities based on their competencies; Process students got a lot knowledges educations although were not every day, but have one obstacles according availability internet networks when home; Product final score excellent grades as our expectation. This is important we should improve quality learning assistance supervision provided participants.
